[ACTUAL DIMENSIONS- 25mm OD, 21mm ID, 1250mm Length, 2mm Wall Thickness] [NOMINAL DIMENSIONS- 1in OD, 13/16in ID, 49.2in Length, 1/16in Wall Thickness]. Cut to length with an abrasive chop saw. Manufactured with a 3K twill weave which is the optimum weave for carbon fiber tubing to maximize strength and formability. The matte finish is great for surface coating and adhesive bonding applications. Extremely lightweight and high-strength composite alternative to aluminum or steel tubing with a much higher rigidity, which will minimize flexing under load and offer the stiffest structure possible. It is the ideal choice for your application.
