In this listing we offer. Both sides GLOSS or MATTE. Size and the thickness range from.
1mm (0.039in) to 5mm (0.196in). The sheet is made out of 100% carbon fiber combined w/ epoxy resin. This is a PREMIUM class product. Zero glass fiber content guaranteed. Visual quality as well as fiber-to-resin ratio are very high due to RTM process manufacturing.All carbon fiber sheets manufactured by CompoTec are made in a single step RTM process (not glued from two half's). This ensures excellent mechanical properties as well as lack of delamination issues during machining and subsequent usage. We use only high quality carbon fiber cloth and resin systems. In other listings we offer different sheet sizes i. +/- 10% of nominal thickness.
100g per 1mm of thickness. External layers - 3K 245g/m2 carbon fiber twill 2/2 cloth, internal layers - 400g/m2 and/or 600g/m2 carbon fiber cloths (as required to build thickness).
Both sides GLOSS or MATTE, external layers shown in the picture. Epoxy resin cure cycle at 70degC. We do have 1000 x 500mm (39.37 x 19.68in) CNC router and offer machining of any elements from our carbon fiber sheets.
